Data Deletion Instructions

How to ask Maxtempo Ltd to delete personal information, including data received through Meta-connected services.

Request deletion from Maxtempo

You can ask Maxtempo Ltd to delete personal information associated with you or your authorised Meta connection.

  1. Email daz.bedford@maxtempo.com.
  2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request. For Facebook/Instagram-connected data, use Meta Data Deletion Request.
  3. Tell us the email address or other identifier connected with your Maxtempo account. If the request concerns Meta data, also identify the relevant Facebook Page, Instagram account, Meta Business account or other asset where reasonably possible.
  4. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or authority to make the request.

Meta / Facebook / Instagram data deletion

If Maxtempo has received data through a Meta-connected integration, an authorised user may request deletion using the steps above. Once we have verified a valid request, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise the relevant Meta-derived personal data held by Maxtempo unless we are legally required or permitted to retain particular records.

Removing Maxtempo's access from Meta may stop future access, but it does not by itself guarantee deletion of information already received by Maxtempo. Use this page's deletion process for data already held by us.

What we will delete

Subject to verification and lawful retention requirements, a deletion request can cover:

  • Maxtempo account/profile information;
  • career information, CV/résumé data and user-supplied job/application information;
  • service-generated personalisation data associated with your account;
  • support or beta information that is no longer required for legal or operational records;
  • Meta-derived identifiers, authorised asset metadata and other personal data received through Maxtempo's Meta integration.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where necessary to meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or regulatory obligations, or to keep a record that a deletion request was completed. Any retained information will remain restricted to the relevant purpose.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete verified requests without undue delay. Where UK GDPR applies, we will normally respond within one month, subject to the extensions or exceptions permitted by law.

Confirmation

When a verified deletion request has been completed, we will confirm completion using the contact details associated with the request where appropriate.
